  • The App automatically creates geofenced areas around your assigned work locations.
  • You will receive notifications when you enter or exit designated areas.
  • Geofencing violations may be reported to your supervisors.

  • Data is stored securely and used only for authorized purposes.
  • Location history is maintained for verification and audit purposes.

5. ATTENDANCE AND WORK TRACKING

5.1 Check-in/Check-out

  • Use the App’s check-in/check-out feature at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Perform check-in/out from your assigned work location.
  • Unauthorized check-ins may result in disciplinary action.

5.2 Work History

  • Attendance records are automatically logged and stored.
  • Work history is used for payroll, compliance, and performance evaluation.
  • You may access your history in the App.

5.3 Accuracy Requirements

  • Ensure all attendance data is accurate and truthful.
  • Falsification may result in termination.
  • GPS coordinates are recorded for verification.

6. COMMUNICATION FEATURES

6.1 Chat Services

  • Channels exist for communication with company and agency administrators.
  • Messages are logged and may be monitored for quality assurance.
  • Inappropriate communication is prohibited.

6.2 Message Content

  • You are responsible for message content.
  • Messages must be professional and work-related.
  • Do not share confidential information in the App.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
